Offered in conjunction with G Force ’s Product Support services, The Remote Systems Monitoring is a hosted service that identifies and alerts users to potential IT problems before they actually happen, minimizing downtime to your IT environment
G Force offers RSM for most vendor’s hardware technologies, operating systems, infrastructure software and middleware, including virtualization monitoring. Failure to implement a system monitoring solution completely exposes the client to expensive downtime. The RSM solution from G Force was designed for mission-critical client environments or enterprise wide server environments. The RSM offering constantly observes and alerts relative to the client’s system configuration and operational health. The continuous monitoring is designed to proactively highlight potential problem areas, allowing the client to maximize their system uptime.
Working with the client’s IT staff, a skilled G Force systems analyst will help the client deploy the monitoring solution. This helps G Force perform the systems monitoring function remotely. The agentless solution will verify configurations, monitor performance, check logs, and help identify any potential conditions or errors that need to be addressed. Software and hardware are checked against the recommended levels while configuration settings and cluster information is verified against standard recommended settings.
